I'm in the process of collecting all of Skin Yard's albums (: from what iv'e heard i'm really enjoying! When i get some time i'll check out the other bands listed. thanks. Jeff
Spite all my rage.....i am still making minimum wage.
When i first heard Gruntruck i knew a hole had been filled in my musical knowledge. Definitely the best band i've discovered in the last 18 months, love em.
Gruntruck were an amazingly cool and talented band. The first time I listened to Inside and Yours I instantly thought these guys were heaps better than most of the Seattle bands at the time. They were Layne Staley's fav. Seattle band. Enough said.

Hey, guys I found a band I hadn't listened to yet (Gruntruck) from the "grunge" era.
Has anyone gotten into these guys? I listened to about 5 songs and they're sound is cool, reminds me of Alice, they definitely lean towards the metal side of "grunge".
Merged because we already had a thread, and yes they are very well received here. They came off of the band Skin Yard and did go in a more metal direction. I love them.
I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave,
