Winter Music
you now how some albums were made to be listened to during the winter? what albums work for you in that way during these cold nights?
usually I'll be listening to alot of doom metal but not this winter
at least not yet
now I'm thinking more
walkabouts- setting the woods on fire
so what works for you?

Wintery Songs
As I did somethign similar for Halloween I thought I would try to compile a list of wintery songs, being as it was freezing cold and icy walking into work this morning. Like the Halloween list I shall open the genre up a bit to beyond Grunge to Alternative as I don't think we would get many otherwise. I would go beyond that otherwise we could end up with that Bon Jovi Christmas song on the list (although I have to admit Jovi is a guilty pleasure of mine)
Heres a few to get going:
Screaming Trees - Winter Song
Screaming Trees - Cold Rain
Pearl Jam - Don't Believe in Christmas
Pearl Jam - Someday at Christmas
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Snow((Hey Oh))
Malfunkshun - Winter Bites
The Smashing Pumpkns - Winterlong
The Black Clouds - Sitting in the Cold
Alanis Morissette - Wunderkind (hmm I think I am pushing the term alternative with this one
)
