The sad news is that I think it'll work with Windows 8 devices because it comes from an app called Music Deals, which I've had before and it offered top quality albums for 0.99 cents. And the deal is for the USA only so sorry guys.

But there's the app, the OS, and having a Microsoft account. But the albums are pretty good, like Weezer's Blue Album Deluxe Edition, Smashing Pumpkins Siamese Dream Deluxe Edition, John Lennon's Imagine, and so on.

I tried to seduce my wife by singing Big Dumb Sex to her once. Didn't work out though, I dunno why

Oh yes, the last album I got was the Deluxe Edition of Adore. Before that I got my wife the new Pink Floyd album but she refused to listen to it so far because it's supposed to be shit

Got some 00's stuff on my list that I need to get my hands on. But phone screen is cracked so I need to get that fixed first

all of my older relatives are either dead or catholic and senile. i'd sooner see them dance the flamenco despite their arthritis than get records from them...
that's why i'm jealous of my mate james; his granddad has the entire Beatles discography on vinyl actually signed by Ringo :?
i wish i had more Beatles vinyls... but they're super expensive being vinyls of the world's most famous band. i wish i had rubber soul most of all, since it's my favourite.

Going through family's vinyls are just a great way to see what they liked. My dad's old collection has surprised me time and time again with finding Iron Maiden and Star Wars OST. I don't remember anything outstanding from his parents but if I go through them again I might find something good.

I picked out a few things for xmas and had my mom stash them away till now. I'm told I'm impossible to shop for and I guess I am...this way I get exactly what I want!

So I picked out
Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers- Back into Your Life (the third time I've seen a Jonathan Richman album on vinyl and the only time its ever been with The Modern Lovers....cruddy condition sleeve, mint vinyl...I would have killed for it but all I had to do was wait till the 24th!)
Dionsaur Jr.- Green Mind.....I love em and people say this is the best one...sadly I think those people are wrong and its to mellow for me....Beyond is actually my fave and its from after the comeback)
The Donnas....always wanted something from before they went glammy and overly lame....so I got American Teenage Rock N' Roll Machine....I'm guessing its the album where the conversion from Ramonesy to Glammy happened...it was three bucks so totally worth it just to satisfy my curiosity.
Some Velvet Sidewalk - Avalance.....I can't believe I found this ever....they had my fave song in Hype (but wasn't on the soundtrack) "Mouse Trap"....the guitar on this album is pretty crappy...as in sounding and playing....the first few songs sound the same and are all repetitive....I didn't get all the way through and moustrap isn't on it...bummer!
Porno For Pyros- Self Titled.....I like them better then Janes Addiction....sue me!
Echo and the Bunnymen....can't remember the title but its from 2001 so about fifteen years after people cared bout them? Haven't listened yet
Mudhoney- My Brother the Cow....I've had a dubbed copy on casette since it came out....its my fave album of theirs.....I had to have it on cd.....its kinda obvious why its my fave.
The Lemonheads- Its a shame about Ray....i've had it and lost it twice on casette...its their best album too...finally have it on cd. Its their only album I can listen to without ever skipping a tune.

all the albums were used so some great finds....i swear the store ships in used cds from the states cus they have multiple copies of stuff of stuff that you could never find in Canada....used K Records stuff in Canada??? good luck.
