Well... I dont know really... I mean... they make good music... But I kind of gained a type of hate for them when this girl made me listen to wonderwall 9 hours... As I Couldnt stand that song.. I went on youtube and checked all the songs I could find in a period of 2 hours... And ... yeah the songs were good... But its not my kind of style of music.

Who knows.. If I havent been tortured with wonderwall that day.. Maybe I would have liked it hehe

Never was a fan. Very overrated, generic Britpop and oh, too much a Beatles rip-off. Not to mention the fact that Noel and Liam are ego-driven assholes.

Oh, yeah, that too. :P

I think that explains why over 80,000 people went to see them when they came here about three weeks ago.

I'm not a fan, but I love Wonderwall, it brings back so much bittersweet memories. That song is "our song" for me and one special person, so I think I'm stuck with that then.

This is an old thread, but I think Oasis are in general a very good band. I don’t think they’re my favourite but certainly a band I like. I went to watch them live in Glasgow when I was sixteen and I have all of their albums. Favourite song is “Cigarettes and Alcohol”.

I didn’t like Liam Gallagher’s labelling of Kurt Cobain as a ‘gearhead’, but I heard that when Noel heard about Kurt’s death, the band dedicated a song to him.

Even though the Gallaghers have produced some impressive solo work in the past near 10 years post-Oasis, I would love for a reunion somewhere down the line.

I like Oasis. And if I remember right, Jen does too. They're regularly on my playlists.
