I saw them live 3 weeks ago at a festival.
Great Live band i dont own any of there cds though.

Helmet are one of my favorite bands.

Meantime is a classic, also I would reccomend Betty, and Aftertaste to anyone insterested. Really tight rhythmic metal.

Their newest (with a whole new line up except for singer/guitarist Paige Hamilton) Size matters is so/so.

There awesome I love them, one of my top 20 favorite bands, there great, I was goin to get, In the Meantime, but instead I got, the best of.

helmet is pretty heavy indeed, but i only know unsung, milktoast and crashing foreign cars, i don't consider them as pure grunge actually...

ibought Meantime when it came out, never did get into them, ended up giving away the cd.

but that was when i was like 15, so i might try and give them another shot
