These guys are responsible for one of the best hidden gems of the 90s: an all-killer, no-filler album called Melinda that was apparently written in response to the lead singer's break-up. Unfortunately I think it's their only released work (though I believe they may have at least started recording a follow-up, and they actually have a Facebook that indicates they may be playing some shows again, but nothing too recent on it), but it's tremendous--and you can probably find it for a buck, sealed, at any record store with a 90s-edged bargain bin.



Fun fact: The bass player won a season of Project Runway.
