The first is a nice album, the second (living Room) is nothing special

Time to explore the callus on the grunge scene that was a little group called Cell.
They were your typical straightforward, raw, emotive grunge band from New York City. These guys formed in 1990 and were signed to the "Ecstatic Peace!" label by Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth in 1991. Their first single, "Never Too High/Stratosphere" was released.
Cell later signed with major label Geffen Records in 1993 and released their debut full length LP, "Slo Blo".
The next year, the "Living Room" LP was released.
By this time, Cell had explored a diverse array of styles, ranging from jangle pop to power pop, in addition to their grunge sound. But greater diversity did not amount to greater sales. Disenchanted, the band split up around 1995.
I hope you've enjoyed the brief tale of this awesome powerhouse called Cell. I'd be more than happy to share their albums, as well as their first single with you all...if you're willing to keep in touch that is
To tide you over, here's the video of their single, "Fall", from their debut album, Slo-Blo.
Rock on guys \m/

Oh you know what, I actually just saw a Cell thread somewhere, yeah here it is http://grungeforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=20555 oh and perhaps you would like to head over to the introductions section and tell us a little bit about yourself, stranger . Yeah try the search function and look for awesome bands to add detail to as I'm sure you could, and I'm sure you could add a bunch of bands as well.
