Real to Reel Stream!

From the ashes of Nirvana arose the Foo Fighters. Talk about Dave Grohl's phenomenally successful band as well as his other god-like genius projects here.

So, which songs are ya'll's favorite? I love every track, and I do believe they put the best for last with Mantra with Dave, Josh Homme, and, of course the one and only, Trent Reznor

02. Brad Wilk, Chris Goss, Dave Grohl, and Tim Commerford – "Time Slowing Down"

This song is great, but then again anything involving Chris Goss is always fantastic so no real surprises there. Also when you have the Wilk/Commerford rhythm section on board then it's always going to be interesting - they should just hire themselves out to play on peoples records. Not sure what Grohl is doing on this, playing guitar presumably

05. Alain Johannes, Dave Grohl, Lee Ving, Pat Smear, and Taylor Hawkins – "Your Wife Is Calling"

Great song, I'll be honest not really heard of Fear before outside of "I Don't Care About You" but I am definitely going to have to have a dig into them after hearing this.

07. Alain Johannes, Chris Goss, Dave Grohl, and Joshua Homme – "Centipede"

This is fantastic, it's basically Queens Of The Stone Age and if the new album sounds anything like this then we're in for a treat.

11. Dave Grohl, Joshua Homme, and Trent Reznor – "Mantra"

Three titans of 90's/00's music. The arrangement has a real NIN feel but it's nice to hear it procured in a more band-centric way. The three voices work so well together. There should be more of this type of collaboration, not necessarily focussed on putting an album of material together just the odd song here and there.
