Dave Grohl in lego

Post by dan83 » Mon Apr 30, 2012 4:12 pm

Hi!

Wouldn't it be nice to have the Foo Fighters, Nirvana and other legendary musicians in lego?
Support this project if you want to see it happen. If it gets enough support Lego Company will start making it.

Here are some photos, keep in mind that the real thing would have specially designed parts like face expressions, instruments, ect. Feel free to make suggestions over on cuusoo.

Looks kind of neat and such but I am not so sure this would catch on very well.
Good idea though! And it actually looks pretty cool!
Also, wanna introduce yourself and tell us who ya are? :)

yeah I can't see this taking off. It would be cool for collectors, but I don't see a 750 piece "Lego Tour" set coming out anytime soon. :P

With all the shit they already have, I don't see why not, as long as they were accurate and detailed I actually think it'd be pretty cool. I mean, you wouldn't wanna have Lego versions of your favorite bands?

It's cool!! :D I like it.
But I think Kurt should be wearing flannel shirts or so, just my opinion though.
You should make one for Screaming Trees/Mark Lanegan too! :D
Anyway, I would buy it. It's friggin' lovely :)

They look too angry. The grunge scene was pretty laidback, and Nirvana were always joking around with each other. Cute concept though.

I also like how Dave lego has a guitar and Kurt lego doesn't. At least give the guy a cigarette or something!

I swear, if I hear you say the grunge scene was laid back one more time I'm going to snap your neck.

I was actually expecting full-scale highly-detailed 10,000 piece replicas of the bandmates, but that works out well, I guess.
