Favorite Foo Fighters Song

From the ashes of Nirvana arose the Foo Fighters. Talk about Dave Grohl's phenomenally successful band as well as his other god-like genius projects here.

"Walk" has a somewhat deep meaning for me, it just gets to me everytime I hear it and if I ever get married I decided that the acoustic version of "Everlong" will be my wedding song...that and the Star Wars theme perhaps haha!

My favorite Foo Fighters video. Just find this so charming in the best silly way. Plus it has Rashida Jones :wink2:

Also speaking of Star Wars. Have you ever wondered what would happen If you got the four most evil men in the galaxy together what they would do? Well play Foo Fighters songs of course!

A tie between I'll Stick Around and Learn to Fly followed closely by well every song off of their first album, and Best of You, Cheer Up Boys Your Makeup is Running, The Pretender, DOA, Everlong, Breakout, Monkey Wrench, My Hero, and The Ballad of the Beaconsfield Minors. Possibly more.

I love Good Grief, it is definitely their best song n my opinion. The riff is driving genius and that song alone is why I am a fan of the Foos. I also really like "Generator" (despite the talk box seeming really overbearing, the rhythm guitar very subtly soulful) and "Oh, George" a my second and third favorite. I like most of their stuff and would consider them my second favorite straight ahead rock band behind Local H.

Too many to list! It probably will be Everlong, but at the moment Walk is my favourite.

I think it's 'Exhausted' for me, it's got sentimental memories.

Alone + Easy Target. Not only is the chorus amazing but, for me, it kinda sums up how he must have been feeling in the aftermath of Kurts death :(
