Soundgarden were not really a "solos" band imo, so I am going to skip that -- suppose insanely complex solos just weren't a grunge thing...except for Pearl Jam
Well, my favorite song is Drawing Flies and it is so because of the opening riff...so my answer can't be anything other than that -- Slaves and Bulldozers, Tighter and Tighter, Fourth Of July come close.
