Swear to god never even read this before I posted those songs, I thought would work. Good to know that I was spot on with SG on what would work acoustically though. Left out Zero Chance though, I can't believe that cause I play that song acoustically all the time, and it sounds GREAT.boxcar wrote:They played 2 unplugged shows last October and I was at both of them. The songs were good but even the band admitted on stage they weren't really intended to be played unplugged style. They kept the sets pretty short too.
Day 1:
Fell on Black Days
Blow Up the Outside World
Black Hole Sun
Burden in My Hand
Dusty
Day 2:
Fell on Black Days
Blow Up the Outside World
Black Hole Sun
Zero Chance
Dusty
It was really good but I could see where it would be hard to sustain and pull these off live unless they really went in and rearranged things.

This isn't really "unplugged" but I heard this today at Olive Garden in the middle of a business lunch and once I realized what I was listening to I was shocked and impressed. While it's a very different take on the song no doubt, it kind of works in a way I would have never expected
