I have there Unsung album....It has soo much energy and sounds very similar to Rusty's other band....Flop. Which is a good thing

Yep they did reform and released Getz The Worm, Carnivore an one other album I don't remember.....I'm trying to find them and no one has em'

I think he is also apart of Llam too....I just never heard of them.
Carnivore was made before the break up

pure joy's last record was called gelatin and bright on book records (label was run by kurt from the fastbacks).
i'll eventually post the first pure joy ep and the live 7" on my blog, lamestain. anyhow, they were great band.
one of the dudes later formed a decent power pop band called Sister Psychic.

"Ocean" is a fantastic song, even if I have yet to hear a not of anything else of theirs.
