I just found a food blog called Mellon Collies and the Infinite Sandwich. I've found several with rock and roll themes or names, like Post Punk Kitchen, Bake and Destroy, Soy Division, and another Soy Division. If I make one, I think I might call it "Of Grunge and Good Food". I should pay more attention to my "The Grunge Pit" blog before making another one though.

I never got the whole "whiny and annoying" thing that people say. I find that much more with Courtney Love. I suppose it kind of sounds like that, but Billy's is much better than the guys who try to force that type of voice, because it's just how his natural voice is and sounds more real and smooth.

I like Billy's voice and music, I just don't like him at all.

Just read/watch interviews he does. Then you'll understand.

It sounds somewhat like a female which makes me like the music more if I imagine him to be a girl. There's another band, Silversun Pickups, that has a male vocalist however for the longest time I thought it was a female. There are just some things a female vocalist can get away with that males can't.
