Favorite song?
My favorite Smashing Pumpkins songs are either Bullet with Butterfly Wings, Ava Adore, and Tonight, Tonight. I love a ton of their stuff, though.

There's no such thing as a sure thing. Of this, I'm sure.

Re: Favorite song?
The Pumpkins are among my Top 5 bands because of the reason Bleach named: an seemingly endless number of favorite songs. But if you put a gun to my head and ask me for best best five of them:
1. 1979
2. Set the Ray to Jerry
3. Muzzle
4. Soma
5. Untitled
But as said, I've got a self-made double best of CD of the Pumpkins, and I could easily fill another two discs, no sweat.

Re: Favorite song?
Number one: 'Hummer'
Followed closely by 'Rocket', 'Silverfuck' and 'Snail'.
Probably a very average list of songs to you guys, but they stand out to me. That, and fond memories of these songs.
OH! and 'Set The Ray To Jerry' is amazing also.

That is a very, very nice list of fav Pumpkins songs, Evol. And Set the Ray to Jerry is maybe the bestest of all, a really haunting number.Evol wrote:Number one: 'Hummer'

Re: Favorite song?
The first Pumpkins song I ever heard was Drown on the Singles Soundtrack.
That would probably still rank as my favorite, followed closely by Mayonaise and Soma.
You guys hit the nail on the head saying they have an endless supply of favorite songs.

At the time, Soma is my favourite. But there are so many awesome songs it's really hard to choose.
