MLB Demos

Post by Beeswax » Tue Aug 17, 2010 3:44 am

I found this on a MLB site, on the forum... I have no clue if the link's still working or if it's spread out on the internet, so here is the original post...

http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-deta ... 8752&hit=1

TRACKS:
01: Stardog Champion
02: Halfass Monkeyboy
03: Stargazer
04: Capricorn Sister
05: Chloe Dancer*

1/2 Ass Monkey Boy and Capricorn Sister are from the April 1988 sessions with Jack Endino at Reciprocal. Reciprocal is an 8 track studio. I've gotten conflicting info regarding whether CS was recorded at Reciprocal in April, but htis would tend to imply it was.

By process of elimination, the remaining tracks are from June 1988 at Lawson studios. They are definitely not previously surfaced, at least in mass consumption form
There

I checked the link in this thread but the torrent site had taken the mlb demo link down. I still have the 2nd (i think) cd of the pearl jam evolution box set that has 3 or 4 mlb studio takes but andy is possibly my favorite singer so I'd like to get ahold of whatever I can find. Any suggestions? I'm also wondering if that 2 cd + 1 dvd (already saw the documentary) malfunkshun of unreleased material is worth the purchase since i don't already have return to olympus?

Something similar here, including more tracks: http://www.guitars101.com/forums/f145/m ... ost1058498

The files are in flac format though so quite sizeable and will need to be converted put on an ipod or whatever. But the links work.
How can I begin anything new with all of yesterday in me?

I'm liking the following compilations a lot. Does anyone know where do download these in good quality (preferably flac for CD burning)? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGJWCAN7t9E

I have a damaged Pearl Jam Evolution Box set disc 2 that I'd like to replace also which is mostly MLB stuff. Does anyone here know a site this can be downloaded? Most PJ sites I've seen have downloads of full shows but I haven't seen the evolution box set listed.
