This wall still stands? Cause as I remember from Hype, there was a short video segment, where excavators were riding around it. But maybe they were just doing something nearby :D.
And if I'm not wrong, one more big MLB sign was on the wall of Crocodile Cafe?
You make me sick I make music.

The Rock Candy has been gone since the mid '90's. The owner was busted selling drugs out of it and one day it was just boarded up. The wall was painted over that summer. The Crocodile Café is still around, in fact I was just there a few weeks ago but it doesn’t have any MLB sign. Seems like I heard something about that though years ago.

I thought the Croc closed down and was being replaced with some high end returant or something?

I read the whole club scene from the 90's is pretty much dead and all that stuff was painted over.

The Croc is still around. They are more of an alternative venue now but they get some nationals going through there. A lot of the big clubs form the mid 90’s are gone. The Fenix and the OK Hotel were damaged and condemned after the earthquake in 2001. The Fenix tried to reopen about 6 years ago but only lasted a year. The Rock Candy never came back as anything, The Vogue moved to another location but they are catering to the ultra weird fetish crowd these days, The Colourbox closed in 97, the Off Ramp closed then re-opened as something else then closed again and is now a big rock venue called El Corazon. But there’s been a few new clubs open in the past few years and a couple old places like The Central and the Showbox are still going strong.

Oh, he’s got his hands full with Chains right now. Comic strips, new videos, massive tour, signature guitars – he’s a hot commodity at the moment. AIC has a lot of momentum right now, no way he’d break it to do another solo CD but I’d love it if he did.

I’m glad Chains is back so strong but I saw Cantrell in Hollywood a few years ago with the Cardboard Vampires and that was really cool seeing him on such a smaller scale.
