Tonight's episode was pretty good. I have been enjoying this season a lot more than the first.

So I'm watching last weeks re-run of The Walking Dead before the new episode (my Sunday night ritual) and I have noticed how much Shane looks like my brother. I was in a Shane hating mood last week but now that I realize how much he looks like my brother it's a little more difficult to hate him lol. Anyone else a Walking Dead fanatic like me who is conflicted about Shane??

Shane is an interesting character in this show. I really don't like him, but I have a weird feeling that more characters will turn out like Shane. The moral lines are blurring slowly for the group.

New episode sucked. It was pretty much a bridge between GOOD episodes :P keeping the story going.

I'm excited for the next one! Murl's back! Does he have the girl?! :O who knows!

I know and it sucks. Now what am I gonna do with my Sunday nights? (Wow, that probably makes me sound lame). So what did you guys think of the finale? I thought it was pretty boring up until the end. It seems like it is WAY too much of a soap opera and not enough zombie action.

I liked it but I don't mind the soap opera aspect so much because it is all focused around the zombies and how they change the world. I think if the comics are any indication we should see a lot more zombie action once they move from the farm to the prison. Image

Yeah, that's true. I keep hearing that there will be more zombie action and death on the second part of the second season so that should be an improvement. Either way it's still one of my favorite shows.

The thing is, you can't go by the comics too much. In the comics Shane is dead before they ever reach the barn and Sophia is still alive in the latest issue which is years ahead of the show. Daryl is one of the most popular characters on the show and he isn't even in the comics. The point is, who knows what they will do? They do this on purpose to keep fans of the comic on edge as well as the virgin viewer.

Yeah, I learned quickly not to rely on the tv show to follow the comic books. Oh, and Darryl is probably my favorite. He's pretty bad ass with his cross bow.
