Good heavens, what's the matter with this forum??? Thousands of new posts!!!

To be honest, I was just checking out my personal Top 51 albums list to make sure where Dayglo ranked, and it happens to be a couple of numbers ahead of Dirt (which I also treasure very much!). Guess there might be more "hit" songs to AiC all in all, but it's the Battery's attitude and psychedelia that makes them just a little more lovable than grim ol' Alice. And I'm not even planning to start a Love Battery Mafia (nice idea though  ), it's just that I really, really like this band. Plus, they deserve some extra attention.

Dayglo is as good album, but not my favorite Love Battery album. I think Straight Freak Ticket and Between The Eyes are alot better. I actually haven't checked out Far Gone yet. I'm not really sure where I am on the whole AiC vs. Love Battery thing. They don't really sound alike at ALL so it's kind of hard to compare, and really it depends on my mood. I listen to LB when i'm feeling mellow, or when I just want something cool to listen to. 8)

AiC on the other hand, is something I usually listen to when i'm mad, or upset or something. Their music kind of helps me with anxiety and stuff which I have issues with sometimes. But both bands are really great, and LB is totally underappreciated :)

Is it just me or is Dayglo impossible to find on cd? It's like there isn't a copy on the planet for under $100!
