It's hard to choose just one as a favorite.

Smells Like Teen Spirit - I remember hearing it when it first came on the radio. I was 14 and immediately ran out to get the cd. I'm 33 now, and listening to that song now, I still get the same feeling I did then.

Serve The Servants
Lounge Act
Drain You
Sappy
Opinion
Talk To Me
Where Did You Sleep Last Night (Unplugged) - The scream at the end is so sad to me now.

Too many more to name....:D

Mine would have to be Turnaround, and Drain you. The beat to turnaround makes me want to go nuts! Drain you is just lyrically awesome and the transition in the beginning is perfect.

I have listened Lithium when I went to sleep and now when I woke up.
Why can't I get enough of it?.
Through the midnight skies, we are lurking.
Unable to shake off the feeling of dirty freedom.

The acoustic version of Lithium from With the Lights Out is my favorite.
Some of my other favorites:

Serve the Servants
About a Girl (the version from Bleach)
School
Smell Like Teen Spirit (It's the first Nirvana song I heard. It holds a special place in my heart.)
