actauly i realy miss spending my saturday afternoons sat on my floor with a pile of tapes,CD's and vinyl doing mix tapes.
i used to spend hours on one tape.making sure the gaps between songs were even, checking the songs went from one to the other, and if i was realy lucky i could roll the songs on both sides.that last ones quiet tricky.
and we all used to swap comp tapes between each other.it was such a great way to hear songs you'd never know.but because your mate heard a song and thought of you,it would be on a tape.
doing CD's on a computor is not the same...

yeah i guess finding and sharing tapes with friends was pretty fun, what im sure is that you wouldn't have to spend 10 hours on a damn screen to get to your music, so that's good.

who knows, people say SD Micromemories are the next "CD's" ... apparently EMI and Sony are already Promoting this technology

Well first I saw this "TAD ANNOUNCES REUNION SHOW FOR SUB POP’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY"
http://grungereport.net/?p=24230

and then the TAD facebook page posted this
"To clarify; Tad Doyle and Gary Thorstensen (two original members of TAD) will be joining Brothers of the Sonic Cloth to play a set of songs from the band TAD's God's Balls, Salt Lick and 8-Way Santa record at the Sub Pop Records 25th Jubilee in Seattle's Georgetown in July 2013. Details to follow. #SP25"
