Can you see it now? The picture basically says native american tribes approved of same sex marriage centuries before Columbus; Gender variance was commonplace among them, and even more interesting, it was a characteristic of a being they considered sacred. It seems the culture as a whole was pretty much over this kind of arguments about gender and sexuality, which I think is fucking amazing... We have advanced microcomputers and weapons of mass destruction, but we're still debating over this shit!
