I always wanted to make my own shirts, though I didn't really know how, but I imagined that I would start off with plain white Ts with a permanent marker with these phrases that I have so far, "I hate my generation, I love yours", "Team Trent (in reference to Daria as well as Twilight), vampires can suck it", "Grunge rockers do it in flannel", and "Hipsters suck, indie should sound like Pavement, Silkworm, or Superchunk".

I would buy "Grunge rockers do it in flannel" from your shirt store in a second! Also "Rated F for heavy flannel" if you were taking suggestions. I would wear the shit of those shirts!

This is what I am doing for my wardrobe this year: seven pairs of black jeans (not thin), and seven white tees. I'm going to paint on the white tees, and I'm giving away my clothes that aren't band tees, dress shirts and jackets.
My white tees will prolly have band logos and Piet Mondrian/Andy Warhol designs.

Would you wear them in order? Like a Tuesday shirt and Tuesday pants?

Ha, I like that one. I've come up with band names before that I think might fit as shirt slogans, such as scary movie type ones like "Tales from the flannel clad" and "It came from Seattle!"

I really wish I still had my home-made Flipper t-shirt. I can't remember what year it was exactly. Maybe '97. Garth Brooks was playing like a 5-night stint here. My town is full of your typical redneck country music loving hicks. So I made a t-shirt that said "Flipper" and had the fish on the front, and on the back in huge letters said "GARTH BROOKS SUCKS". I had jocks & rednecks wanting to kick my ass all day.

I miss my "I'm a Dolphin" and "Teenage Grandad" shirts. :(

Bonus points to who can guess the "I'm a dolphin" refference. :D
Shake it like a Polaroid picture.

Follow your dreams, no one can stop you.
Except a person in a tank.
A person in a tank could probably stop you.

I am rather new to grunge, but I like the look of the freak show posters the only place I could find one with a t-shirt of it haha
Tell me if this is way off the mark.
