2killmydreams - dude i'd suggest you not to use any softener or any other chemical to your hair. I never do that. I never use shampoo to my hair. Let it grow natural. who cares if it looks like mop or whatever. It's your's and as long as you like it you are happy.

My hair is long for me, about 2, maybe 3 inches past my shoulders. I'm usually shitty with upkeap and don't really have patience to do anything to it so I usually cut it... I'm tempted to do it again b/c the heat.

Don't mind dude. Let your hair grow and tell your manager to fuck off. It's the kind of manager who could be justin bieber's manager. Do what you want of your life, be who you want to be. Don't let people decide the way you should be. If you want short hair, keep it, it's OK ,but if you want long hair, go for it
