North London grunge clothes ???

Post by PunkingtonGrunge »

I've been wearing the same pair of jeans at home for the past few months because all the shops here are overflowing with horrible 21st century youth clothes .... Anyone know where in north london i could buy a decent pair of jeans ? Anyone at all ?

Looking for something like this :

Damn 21st century youths and their clothes! Me, I only wear 20th century clothes! Did you know jeans used to be made out of much heavier and better quality material? I'd say go for old stuff.

So i should go out in search of a 50 year old pair of jeans in that case ? However, it still doesn't solve the problem of not knowing where i could get such a magnificent pair of jeans ...

Wrangler tend to make good jeans - just classic denim. I'd say look put for Wrangler jeans.

No thrift stores over there? They are overflowing with 90s stuff here in Canada. I saw levis for four and five dollars last week! Usually they are eight to ten and sometimes up to twenty if the pricing person is drunk.

Just go to one of the second hand stalls there, there are hundreds of them. You could pick up an old pair of Levi's for about £20, just give them a good wash when you get home.

Try charity shops, this is London the stuff you find in there is great. All my old stuff goes there. Go to the trendy/rich areas and find the nearest charity shop. The charity shops in Highgate are famous for having some top draw shite in there.
