Oh cool! There aren't so many thrift stores around here, but usually that's where I go, though I haven't bought clothes in a while.

Rarely buy clothes other than band-tees.
We have a dumpster storage-room in my hood where people throw away clothes and other stuff(most of it is almost new in condition...) that I visit when I need something.
For my flannel needs I have a contact that can hook me up with free Pinewood.
There's also an "american vintage" store around here that I visit from time to time. They have quite a nice selection of apparel.

I shop twice a year. I wear the threads out of my clothes. I like to shop at Goodwill because one I am trying to be thrifty and plus classics never die. I do not always find what I am looking for but I have more luck there than most other stores. But Goodwill shopping can get creepy for people like me, especially if you wonder where these clothes came from. So that is one of the places also whenever they have a sale- anywhere- on that day I look for clothes... I'm there.. And yes, we still have a Roses and K-Mart around the area. But I have a few nice things to wear when..... It is needed and I would lie if I did not buy a few things I wanted.. But truth be told... I do not see the point in buying clothing I know I can't afford on my budget, plus if it is comfortable.... That's all that matters. Hell I wear whatever.

I love Good Will you never know what you will find. Im a sucker for flannel, cardigans, corduroy, and wool/faux-wool sweaters.

I work at a call center, mostly I sell a lot of clothes to elderly black women, you'd be shocked to see how much these women spend on items (Im talking thousands) that you can find in thrift shops,

nice... it's sort of recycling... ??
I'd rather go shopping or buy some clothes on the internet...
I often buy basics (empty shirts and all) and paint on them..

Those of you on facebook already heard my rant but I went to Hot Topic yesterday. They have freaking Justin Bieber and One Direction shirts! I just don't understand. They had a few cool shirts but the older band shirts (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, ect) were just made for nostalgia purposes, you could tell. My friend was getting legitimately pissed over it and my boyfriend annoyed. It was just kinda depressing. There are no punks of goths anymore, just hipster kids with fake glasses and skinny jeans. Sigh..

I did find a Dropkick Murphys shirt though. Not a total loss.

Man, that is tragic. And it only gets worse from here as far as pop culture is concerned. But on to more important matters...how does that shirt look? :wink2:
