No, I don't think they're comparable because they were written in totally different contexts. Temple had a very definite subject whereas MS came out of jam sessions. Both are invaluable contributions to nineties rock music and should be part of every serious rock music aficionado's record collection 8|

Well, I think they're somewhat comparable. Even though they've happened in different contexts, they were both projects that reunited musicians from different so-called grunge bands :)

But we're talking about two (in my opinion) essential albums from the 90's :mrgreen:

Also, I just came to realize (again) what a fucking great monster of an album that is. It's completely timeless and Wooden Jesus is one of the few songs I could literally listen to for hours on repeat. Listening to it now too :D

There was something about tickets being sold out within seconds so no one got any. I'm not sure if they fixed it. I would love to go to one of the Seattle dates if I could get a ticket and if it's not too expensive.
