It seems to be. Is it pronounced like Bob-o or like Bo-Bo?

Today I decided to load up the iPod with some new music to keep busy and I put the "New STP" song on there. Honestly I want to like it but I just can't make it through. Maybe it's because my mindset isn't right? Perhaps my heart just isn't in it? Either way, as much as I wanted to enjoy it I just couldn't. I'll try again later.

Anyone else like it?

Song sounds like plastic trying to be music.

As Dante said once before, it's very generic. And not Scott Weiland.

Maybe cause it has Chester Bennington on vocals.

it's not as bad as STP's stuff after purple and core... so it's definitelly a step forward,
altho it's nothing special... if it wasn't a band with big name nobody would care about such a random stuff.
it's indeed too plastic...

at least Chester sings really good live... unlike Scott...
and probably doesn't shit on their fans ...like Scott...

but there's no substitution for grunge singers... I rarely hear so rought, deep and grungy voices
everybody sings too clean to me:/

Sometimes tension and drama make for great music. Maybe Scott and the band haven't had the best relationship over the years but the guy keeps the STP name in the news. Also, I've only seen them once but Scott was spot on all night. Amazing show. He was great live when I caught Velvet Revolver too. I keep seeing how Scott is awful live and treats his fans poorly but I haven't really ever seen evidence of this accusation.

As Jen'd say, it worked for Depeche Mode.
