this forum has been dormant for a while...maybie i can erupt it. Anyway if you mean equal as in both in the mainstream id say no, but if you mean both as mudhoneyare now id say yes. i dont even know if id know about mudhoney if it wasnt for nirvanas success. One bands major success led to me to look for other bands similar, nirvanas mainstream success got me into almost all of the bands i like today so i dont know if i should complain about their mainstream success...i suppose i would of found them eventually cus good music will always eventually find its way into your ears

id say at the moment i like mudhoney better cus im more into their music... but i still think Nirvana is possibly better
