You mean new grunge or old grunge or any kind of grunge?

I guess Outshined is a good grunge anthem for any time of year.

......uh one problem: I haven't really listened to grunge that much in 2015.

All else fails Pretty Noose by Soundgarden cause...I listened to that one on many occasions in 2015.

Yeah man, any grunge related song. I supposed I could of been more specific. Haha. Didn't really give the topic much though. Just figured it might make for an amusing thread. :D

Not in 2015 because I stopped listening to grunge, but I've always loved Sworn and Broken by the Screaming Trees.

What the frig this ain't no grunge foram. ;)

In general 2015 was not about grunge for me. Except for seeing Truly live. So whatever, hurricane dance absolutely makes the most sense for last year.

I'll have to agree with Jan. I don't but outshined gives me this strange power everytime I listen to it.

"Black Book of Fear" for me. Every time I listen to that I think Layne would have liked this

Either 'Serve The Servants' or 'Would?'

This year seems to be shaping up to be an either 'Junkhead' or 'Shade' year though.

They showed you the power, child! Sorry, I had to. Lol

But yeah, let's see... I think my grunge anthem of 2015, really thinking about it now, would have to be God Am by AIC. Yes, I'm a little better now. No, things have not been easy...

Mine's Flop's "Of Today". The burst and bliss of verse/chorus and shortness of it along with the lyrics all resonated with me especially this year, though I've listened to/loved it for years. It was a whirlwind of a year that made have to focus and try to weather a lot of real world adult shit and try to move forward to being a competent grownup without cutting out my personality one centimeter. It was tough, and I had to resolve some inner issues and get away from some external pressures.

Unlike y'all casual grunge fans, I'm grunge to the fuckin' core and listen to it and stuff that sounds like it (Wavves, Cloud Nothings, Best Coast) every damn day.
