I read an article not too long ago that CD's are experiencing a similar (though not exactly the same) kind of surge like vinyl because they are easily stored and more practical than records yet have their physical quality. I still buy'em anyway, although I purchase a mixture of vinyl, CD's and digital files these days.

Don’t have a lot of music on the iPhone, since I’m fiercely against listening to music through headphones. Nevertheless, shuffle gave me the following:
“I Wanna Be Your Dog”, Stooges
“Julie Francavilla”, Flop
“We Will Fall”, Stooges
“Heart Shaped Box”, Nirvana
“Come Down”, Bush
“Penny Pinching Rainy Heaven Days”, Ocean Colour Scene
“Head Down”, Soundgarden
“The Modern World”, Jam
“Welcome To The Occupation”, REM
“Meatplow”, Stone Temple Pilots
“Heart Shine”, Mother Love Bone
“All My Loving”, Beatles
“New Damage”, Soundgarden
“Would ?”, Alice in Chains
“Take Em All”, Cock Sparrer
Do believe that is fifteen.
