Flowerhead

I've been looking around on ebay for grunge LP's and saw a listing for Flowerhead's Ka-Bloom on green vinyl. I have been unable to find any of Flowerhead's work save for the single "Snagglepuss". I really liked the single and was wondering if anyone has any working links for it? Any assistance would...

Re: Updates on the Cobain Case *Don't come in "laid to rest"

I have to agree that murder is a big possibility but it would still be ignorant to say suicide would have been implausible. A lot of his songs were about dying, the word "Nirvana" is about not being reborn aka. dying, he seemed overall fascinated about death and he is said to have attempted suicide...

Re: Updates on the Cobain Case *Don't come in "laid to rest"

I find it truly fascinating that people could even think for a moment that Kurt offed himself. According to her father, Courtney wrote a poem along the lines of "I'm gonna marry a Rock Star and get him killed off" when she was a young girl...not saying that I think Courtney was involved...but I tota...

Re: Updates on the Cobain Case *Don't come in "laid to rest"

Kristin, could you please inform me of the dates on which these books will be released. I would rather like to pick up a copy when they come out as I would love to see the case be brought back and taken seriously (and with any luck some recognition for poor, dear Kristen Pfaf. Who, in my opinion, wa...

Australian Grunge Bands?

I can't see a thread regarding this anywhere (I am aware there was an attempted thread about Magic Dirt, but there isn't anything on general grunge from down under and would like to know if there was anyone from back in the day that wasn't Magic Dirt)

Re: Start Up Our Own Sub Pop Thing! - Off Topic Records

I really like the idea of Off Topic Records. There are a TON of local bands near where I live and had intentions of starting up an indie label over here. Does anyone think that a "Off Topic Records Australia" would be ok? There are heaps of bands that play alternative rock, metal and grunge in my ar...

Re: I got an old military jacket

Considering getting a military coat to add to my collection of jackets and coats. I found this old rain jacket my dad wore when he was younger (its a Dryzabone) and its really frigging sweet and I have taken to wearing it everywhere...also...poncho's...friggin' poncho's...managed to find an old wool...
