Re: Vicky Cornell Sues Soundgarden Over Allegedly Unpaid Royalties, Unreleased Recordings

I get the feeling of being broken and alone after someone close to you dies but it doesn't make any sense for someone who wasn't in the band to try to control it if there are still band members alive. The other people in a band should have more say in what happens to the band, the remaining music, a...

Re: Motopony talks current Seattle Scene

Huh, I haven't heard about them. Anyway, they current Seattle Scene is everything . There are over 80 places that play live music just within Seattle city limits, and that's not including all the endless amounts of house venues because every punk that has access to a garage, basement, or living room...

Re: About Nutshell...

Sometimes, when you know someone is an addict for years, their death isn't exactly surprising, so that could explain any supposed "lack of affection" or whatever. You come to a point where you know that there is nothing you can do and you basically just have to accept it, as sad as it is.

Re: Albums you have bought lately

I bought an album by the band of one of my co-worker's of my last job, They Rise We Die. I guess it's kind of progressive metal, mostly instrumental. I like it.

Re: I just saw Kurt Bloch (Fastbacks, Young Fresh Fellows) at Trader Joe's.

I stood next to Chad Channing of Nirvana at a local band's show I went to. He's short! I didn't say anything to him though. I could tell he noticed me staring at him so I didn't want to be all weird. I saw Jack Endino at a grocery store here too. I got too nervous to say anything again though but it...

I just saw Kurt Bloch (Fastbacks, Young Fresh Fellows) at Trader Joe's.

8-) Finally I wasn't too shy to say hi to a rockstar-esque person. I spotted him at Trader Joe's in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle today, and I was all like "Hey are you that dude from those bands?" and he was all "Haha, probably." It was totally him. We talked for a minute and he asked me my n...
