Re: Price for Nirvana signatures
I wouldn't spend that much on a signature. In my own personal opinion. But I agree, I feel so much better if I got it autographed personally. It's sort of like a trophy, if you will. I feel all accomplished and when I look at it, I squeal to myself because I know I earned it sort of, like gold in a ...

Re: Saddest/Most Depressing Nirvana song?
Despite the whole upbeat fast pace-ness of the song, I'd have to say I find "Even in his youth" a really sad song if you listen to the lyrics. It was about his childhood and such. But as everyone else says, I do believe "Something in the Way" has to be the most sad of all their s...

Re: Was Kurt holding Dave back?
In my personal opinion, I'd say no. Kurt didn't hold Dave back. Even if he did, perhaps it was unintentional. Dave knew exactly where he stood coming into Nirvana, and it gave him the spot light he needed. I believe if Kurt would have stayed alive, Dave would have still been in the band until it die...

I had no idea that there was a thread already.
And Kristin, I never knew that there was a grunge/seattle station. Haha. Is seattle still big on the whole grunge?

Pandora Radio
I'm just curious as to what pandora stations are usually on your computer :P If you use Pandora Internet Radio. I usually set mine to Nirvana because it plays a bit of everything from the "grunge" era of music. Also a bit of post-grunge so that I can get the feel of some new bands. However...

Quite so. From time to time, I like to make the grass into somewhat of a salad type thing. Yaknow? x]Creeper113 wrote: I can tell by your signature that you are living off the grass and the drippings from the ceiling

Re: Taylor Momsen
I was never really into her, and I thought it was weird she was in a grunge band yet on some show apparently about gossip, and tried out to be Hanna Montana but Miley got it, so essentially she would have been her had she gotten it, so I basically view her the way I view Miley covering Smells Like ...

My 12 year old brother has mastered the raspy tone. I can't do it myself however. But as the other comments say, my brother told me aswell. Just work on your vocal tone and I hear drinking milk like dairy or soda right before you try helps as well. But it takes a while to learn how to do. It's not s...

Re: I FUCKING HATE PEARL JAM
My favorite Pearl Jam song is the mainstream "Alive." Other than that, I can't get into them. I semi-like pearl jam. They used to be my favorite band at a point, but now it's more of an "eh" situation.

Yepp. Same. That's not messed up at all, I agree.SKUNCHBAG wrote: that's why I don't like many postgrunge bands. I mean some are really cool and stuff but others are like trying way too hard to be and look grungey. But whatever that's just my messed up point of view.
