pure joy's last record was called gelatin and bright on book records (label was run by kurt from the fastbacks). i'll eventually post the first pure joy ep and the live 7" on my blog, lamestain. anyhow, they were great band. one of the dudes later formed a decent power pop band called Sister Psychic.

Bubba from the amazing old DC hardcore band Void was playing in Hater for a while. Hater had a big on stage fight at some party in Seattle a year or so ago and (as far as i know) broke up.

Waterwell Conspiracy were awesome too.

you can find used copies on Amazon for pretty cheap.

the Glue EP is my fav Fluid record.

Punch N Judy and Clear Black Paper are their first couple LPs and they aren't too good.

Crackerbash stuff is still in print and you can buy them from the Empty records site. http://www.emptyrecords.com/empty/bands/band_detail.asp?intbandid=28 Crackerbash were actually a Portland band and were more of a live band than a studio band. the Tin Top EP is probably the closest they got to cap...

yeah, the Minutemen were awesome. check out their documentary, We Jam Econo, sometime. Firehose (2/3 of the Minutemen) also had some great moments. i think SST keeps all their records in print so you can probably order them on their website. the Replacements weren't on SST. they were a Twin Tone ban...

Koro, the Fix, Urban Waste, and Negative Approach are all cool. the first Die Kreuzen record is also cool. don't bo...

thanks. 64 Spiders were okay. they are actually doing a reunion show in Seattle next month. i just need to get a new computer so i can burn all my old vinyl. Brother James (64 Spiders / Cat Butt / Sinister Six) has a new band called the Bug Nasties nowadays. i'm pretty sure they have a myspace page.
